Viewing a Learner's Course Progress

Can I view my Learners' progress?

To View a Learner's Course Progress:

1. Click the arrow to the right of the Analytics bar.
2. Click the Grade Table icon in the top right corner.
3. Click a learner's name on the Grade Table page.
4. This will take you to the learner's course progress page.

• Most Popular Posts: This shows the most popular discussion feed posts created by the learner based on likes and comments, if applicable.
• All Activity: This previews how much time the learner spent engaging in the course during each unit/week. Hover over the line to see the exact amount of time (in hours).
• Badges: This shows you each badge offered in the course, with a progress bar showing the learner's progress on each badge. Hover over the badge to see what percentage of the badge the learner has completed.
• Journey: This provides a snapshot of the learner's progress on the course content and assessments. It is precisely what the learner sees within their Course Journey on the Course Home Page. This will show whether certain content elements and assignments are completed (green checkmark) or in progress.

I need to view the answers for one of my learner's assessments. How can I do this?

To Review a Learner's Assessment Submission:

1. Scroll to the assessment that needs review.
2. Click the title of the assessment, then click Review Submission.
3. Choose the learner whose submission you would like to review and click View Submission.

I need to download the grades for a single course. How can I do this?

To Download the Grade Table:

1. Click the arrow to the right of the Analytics bar.

1. Click the Download button icon in the top right corner.

I need to see when a Learner completed an assessment. How can I do this?

1. Click the arrow to the right of the Analytics bar.

1. Click the Activity Log icon in the top right corner.

1. Select the Learner from the dropdown menu.
