I need data on my learner's progress in all courses. How do I get that?

Generate custom reports with your platform data in just a few clicks

Analytics Hub 

1. Go to the Analytics Hub on the portal home.
2. Select the report you want to create from the dropdown.
3. Select the checkboxes for the data you want to include and click download.

Reporting Category Descriptions

• Users: Information about users, such as name, email, title, first login, and number of completed courses.
• Courses: Information about courses, such as course name and description, start and end dates, and the number of learners per course.
• Assessments: Information about created assessments, such as assessment title and description, question types and text, and answers.
• User Activity Log: A detailed log of all activities on the platform, including time of submission, attempts, and content reviews.
• User Progress Summary: Information about progress for all users across all courses, including grades and number of resets taken, if applicable.
• Submitted Assessment Details: Information about individual assessment responses, correct and incorrect.
• Location Grade Reporting (if applicable): Gather score information across various locations.

View the Quickview Dashboard

1. Select the Quickview Dashboard icon.
2. To view a course overview by city and timeline, select a course.
3. To filter or search for users and their overall scores, select By Users.

I have SCORM content in my course. What data can I get from that?

SCORM has limited data support. For the most accurate data, Amesite recommends using native content types.
