How Can I Manually Enroll a Learner in Courses?

  • Log in to the Amesite LCE as an instructor with course manager access.
  • Go to your Courses tab and click the Course Manager button.
To enroll learners into an individual course:
  1. Click on the course tile.
  2. Scroll down and click on the Users tile.
  3. Click on the Enroll New Users tab.
  4. Select the learners you want to enroll by clicking on the + sign to the left of their name.
  5. If the role as a student or instructor is not already assigned, select the correct role from the dropdown box.
  6. Click Save.

Filtering By Criteria (Enterprise)

While still in the 'Enroll New Users' tab, you can filter results by criteria based on your learners' attributes, such as country, organization, division, titles, and city. Single or multiple criteria fields can apply filters. 

  1. Click the Filter button.
  2. Enter the criteria you want to filter by in the appropriate fields.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Select/ Deselect All Users for Enrollment (Enterprise)
    1. To select all users, click the Select All button.
    2. To deselect all users, click the Deselect All button.


    How Do I Manually Unenroll a Learner from A Course?

    To un-enroll learners from a course:
    1. While in the Users tile, Click on the Manage Enrolled Users tab.
    2. Select the learners you want to un-enroll by clicking on the checkbox next to their name.
    3. Click the Trash Can icon to un-enroll the selected learners.


    Can I Set My Course to Automatically Unenroll Users After a Designated Time Frame?

    To set the enrollment period for a course:
    1. Click on the course you want to set the enrollment period for.
    2. In the General Information section, scroll down to Enrollment Period.
    3. Toggle on the Enable Enrollment Period switch.
    4. Enter the number of weeks you want to keep learners enrolled in the course.
    5. Click Save.
    Learners will be automatically unenrolled from the course after the desired period is reached.
